Roger Boulter. Mr Boulter served as Member/Manager of Entre Pure Industries, LLC (the "Predecessor") from October, 1995, to the date of the Company reorganization, effective January 1, 1998, and currently serves as President and director of the Company. From 1977 through 1991, Mr. Boulter, as President of Roger Boulter, Inc., was involved in industrial painting and tank lining services primarily for the oil and gas industry. In 1991, the industrial painting and tank lining division was sold. Mr. Boulter, as President of Roger Boulter, Inc., is also currently involved in farming and commercial real estate. Roger Boulter, Inc. is wholly owned by Mr. Boulter. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Boulter consulted for Prima Oil and Gas concerning land and landowner related issues. Mr. Boulter has been involved with the design and operation of self service purified water vending machines since 1988.
Richard Lewis. Mr. Lewis served as Member/Manager of the Predecessor from October, 1995, to the date of its reorganization effective January 1, 1998, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Company as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Lewis founded Prima Energy Corporation in 1980 and until recently, when Prima Energy Corporation was sold to Petro Canada, served as its President, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prima was an independent oil and gas company with exploration and production activities centered in the Rocky Mountain region and Wyoming. Prima was also involved, through its subsidiaries, in oil and gas operations, oil field services and natural gas gathering and marketing. Prima, a publicly traded company, was included in Forbes listing of the 200 best small companies in America for five out of six years. Mr Lewis graduated from the University of Colorado in 1971 with a B.S. degree in finance and accounting. Mr. Lewis was employed as a certified public accountant with Arthur Anderson, LLP, an international accounting firm, from 1971 until 1980.
Carolyn Heckman. Mrs. Heckman served as Controller of the Predecessor from October, 1995, to the date of its reorganization effective January 1, 1998, and currently serves as Controller and Secretary/Treasurer of the Company. Her duties include general accounting and tax preparation. From 1978 to 1995, Mrs. Heckman was in private practice as C and C Accounting. Prior to that, Mrs. Heckman was an agent for the Internal Revenue Service. Mrs. Heckman graduated from Colorado State College (now University of Northern Colorado) in 1964.
